Our catering Staff will be happy to assist in formulating special Menus to meet your specific needs. If you have a special request or personal favorite not listed here, please let us know. Vegetarian and other dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice.

Seating
Seating for banquets will be at tables of ten unless otherwise specified. Special seating diagrams are available for you at your request.
Linen
Manna's Restaurant and Banquet House offers tablecloths and napkins in which are available in many colors. Please ask your banquet coordinator.
Requests may be subject to additional charges, as incurred by Manna's Restaurant & Banquet House.
Deposits
For weddings a $1500.00 deposit is due at the time the function is booked or confirmed. Cash or personal checks are accepted for deposit payments only. Deposits not refundable and will not be transferred to another date without management approval.
Payment
Final payment is required 72 hours in advance of the event, unless prior billing arrangements have been made. In the cases where additional items or services are added to your event after the last payment has been received, payment would be due at the completion of the event.
When paying by credit card, an additional 5% surcharge will be added to the bill. Final payment is due in cash, tellers check, certified check, or Credit Card.
Menu Selection
Please include a response card for entrée selection when sending invitations, so that you may provide us with an accurate entrée count.
Guarantee
To assure the proper food and beverage purchasing and preparation, the final guarantee of attendees and entrée counts for the event is required three business days prior to an event. You will be billed for that number, or the number of guests served, whichever is greater.
In the event no guarantee is received, the initial expected number of guests will apply. Manna's reserves the right to substitute items if required.
Additional Charges
Menu Prices included a selection of standard linen choices and table decorations. Additional charges may apply for room rental, room set up, bartender/cashier fees, station attendant fees, other labor charges, equipment rental, flowers and decoration charges, valet parking and cleaning charges.

Decorations
Manna’s Restaurant & Banquet House cannot allow affixing of anything to walls, floors, or ceilings of any rooms with Nails, staples, tacks, or pins. Your banquet staff will be pleased to assist you in exhibiting posters, signs or other display materials in an acceptable fashion, and will be happy to assist you in obtaining special decorations, such as floral arrangements, special linen, or other items you might desire for your wedding.
